We are pleased to report that the proposed redevelopment of Portsea Mews has now been given the go-ahead.
The planning application has been ongoing for some time. Most recently it was recommended for refusal by Westminster Council’s planning team, due to the loss of residential accommodation and its impact on the conservation area. However, the scheme was nonetheless approved at the council’s recent Planning Committee Meeting.
