On Saturday 6th July Buchanans Cheesemonger will be having a party to celebrate their 10th birthday. In conjunction with this, HyPER is holding another pop-up parklet outside the shop on Porchester Place.
Buchanans would love to get lots of local residents to come and partake in the celebrations, so please do come along. This is what is happening:
- Free cheese tasters for you to enjoy, drop in any time during the day for a taste
- Free wine and cider tasting: there will be several of the team’s favourite summer bottles open for you to try
- Ice creams from their new supplier, Brickell’s, who make ice cream using the milk from Westcombe Dairy in Somerset
- Free kids’ cheese tasting challenge! Pick up a tasting card and collect a stamp for every cheese you try
Some of these activities will be happening outside the shop on the street. Please do come along and make use of these and enjoy the parklet. The event will be happening from 10am to 6pm.
