Sunday 8th October will see the return of the annual Royal Parks Half Marathon. The Royal Parks have provided HyPER with information on road closures as part of this event, which we have detailed below:
- Roads within the Hyde Park will be closed all day Sunday 8th October
- Roads within St James’s Park will be closed from 6am to dusk on Sunday 8 October
- Some roads within Westminster (see map) will be closed from 7am to midday on Sunday 8 October
Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens will be open to the public as usual across the event weekend however, users may be directed to different gates to access the Parks on Sunday 8 October 2023. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access across the route will be maintained at all times.
