Hazel’s career began in the fashion departments of the UK’s national newspapers and women’s lifestyle titles. Following a pivotal life moment Hazel changed direction and developed a detailed knowledge of flowers and the impact they can have on life both in the home and commercially. With this seed planted, she resurfaced a lifelong love and natural intuition for gardening, floristry, and horticulture. Hazel retrained in 2016 and launched her namesake floral design studio shortly after. Beyond the studio, Hazel is a speaker, broadcaster, writer and content creator while also being recognised as a thought-leader in the horticulture space.

Throughout her 21 year long career, Carol has painted stunning florals in a variety of mediums & styles for both her own brand and in her former life as print designer for fashions brands.
