HyPER is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded £25k from Westminster Council’s Greening Westminster fund. The money will go towards the installation of a “parklet” on the Hyde Park Estate. These mini-gardens — which have been installed in a number of areas around London — add greening and biodiversity to roads that would otherwise be very sparse.

In order to qualify for the grant, HyPER had to show that it could deliver its proposed project, as well as prove its credibility as a community organisation.

We are looking forward to getting started and we want your involvement! As the project progresses we will be consulting with HyPER and the wider community – details of this to follow soon. In the meantime, do get in touch with us if you would like to be involved in this exciting project.
