We’re pleased to announce that HyPER’s AGM will take place on Tuesday 30th September in St John’s Church Hall. The event will commence at 7pm (doors open 6:30pm) and will be followed by a cheese and wine reception.
We’ll use the evening to give an overview of HyPER’s recent activity. We’ll include the following topics – we’d love to hear your feedback during the evening on these items or anything else:
- Pop-up plants update
- Planning applications
- Traffic monitoring
- Pollution sensor
- EV charging
- Socials and events
- Attendance at local stakeholder meetings
- General local activity and ongoings
We’ll also be conducting formalities and electing committee positions. If you’d like to put yourself forward for any of the following positions (or any others) then please let us know in advance of the meeting:
- Chair
- Secretary
- Planning
- Events
- Treasurer
- Communications
